Here’s to hoping that the ‘working out with samurai swords’ trend takes over as the newest form of CrossFit. At least I could get a lot out of this class as a spectator. London-based workshop Skinny Bitch Collective (yes, that is their real name) is offering a unique fitness club for models and celebrities, that incorporates replica weapons ranging from swords to daggers into a fight club-style workout.
The fitness club’s clientele boasts Ellie Goulding, Nicole Schwerzinger, and Nicole Harrison. The class is currently only offered in London, but it will be coming to New York City in late 2017, so finally America has something epic to look forward to this year.
