I’d hate to be the traffic COP that have to straighten this mess out.

Why are the cars the same? The blue ones are probably taxis but the red ones also are all the same and the black ones are all the same and most seem to have lights or taxi banner on roof.

Where is this, and have they heard of traffic lights?

This is pretty normal for a traffic intersection in Asia. My guess is Shanghai. The same colored cars are the different cab companies.

I don’t see too many motorcycles in the traffic…
