highly doubt its anywhere in europe. the balck plates are a give away. here we have white and yellow plates. plus most of these cars come in right hand drive in, and i doubt he’d go out of his way to buy a leftie

Check pic6 for yellow rear plate in mews garage, plus other plate in pic18. The black plates can still be put on an old vehicle from when they were standard issue, but maybe he’s just pushing his luck. Looks like he’s passing a taxi bay.
