  • Nodgey

Am I meant to scream "First" here?

    • DaddyD

Only if you are both a douche bag and an asshole. If you are just one of those things, you should not scream.

First of all-congrats on getting your submission published. Now I am wondering where you live because this sign seems funny at first glance, but I am supposing that it's on the outskirts of a rural town where people earn a living farming or something akin to that.

Along with my reply below–I have to agree with you if evidenced only by watching TruTV and seeing what idiots people are on a daily basis. It boggles my mind that there are 6 billion+ people on the face of the earth when you factor in all the numbskulls.Makes me question Darwin's theory–but on the other hand–it does nothing to refute the saying that God watches over drunks and idiots.

    • amrith777

One of the most ridiculous examples of how far this is taken is a banner at a local store/restaurant that has a pic advertising a hot dog with fixin's and such. It's huge and hangs from the ceiling.I noted at the bottom it had an asterisk with a disclaimer reading "Not actual size".I have noted this trend in the past year or two.Goes to show you how dumb the advertising industry thinks we are and /or how litigious the world has gotten.
