Developer is different than designer. One uses Photoshop, the other uses an IDE like CF Builder, Eclipse, Visual studio, depending on what you program in.

Damn, more than I make and I am a system admin and web developer. Only thing is, I only know a quarter of what you have on there. I have background in a lot of Adobe based technologies (non photoshop) and MS based stuff. Plus, I'm on the other side of the country. Oh well…
