Honestly, you are one of the most beautiful women I have seen in my life, period. And by the looks of it you're not like most women, cmon you like zombies and all that. That's practically every man's dream to have a woman whose, While girly, shares interests. from what I can tell you have really put a lot of thought into him, and you do care about him. You even changed the way you look for him, not everyone does that nor you should feel the pressure to change just to accepted by someone ( I wouldn't, I just find someone who like me for me, down to the way I dress). From my personal experience ( I have been had plenty of times by girls, gender doesn't matter, it is the type of person they are), this guy is just keeping you in backup, not so close as to be committed, but not so far as for you to lose interest.
