You werent a 90's kid unless you had #3 #14 #16 #27
Joe
You DO realize #27 is a PS3, right…?
SpaTuLA
Or you did not have all of them, but wanted them all
Tim
Only if your parents were time travelers.

#9 My dad drove to every toy shop in the area to get me a ghostbuster gun and backpack for christmas and finally got one from a Toys'R'us in a city miles away. A couple of months later my oldest sister took it from my room and sold it in a garage sale to some kid so she could have some money to buy sweets. We still don't speak to this day.
AstroMikeDexter
She's lucky she got off so lightly.
Sell her first born.
Brian
Sweets.
Silly European.
Ben
was surprised by the rubic's cube, how the prices went up :/
FarmBoy
#15 I had the auto-morphin Jason, kept me entertained for hours. I bet if I gave it to some kid today, he'd flip it twice get bored and then grab the nearest game console.
Alpha 5
i found my Jason and Tommy ones the other day, still in pretty good shape
Kyle
Don't you squeeze the legs or something to get the head to switch?
FarmBoy
Nope, the belt buckle is sticking out like a little lever, you push down on it, the chest and back open up and the head mechanism rotates.
TheVanityScore
when it came to the first rangers i had all the toys. loved it. so entertaining.
mbns
That's because kids today are pricks.
AndrewJ411
I liked to rotate the head halfway.
Jesse
I like how #16 is the cover photo
nbree
I friggin' loved my Sega Game Gear. Still have it somewhere.
http://joshweeks.net MojoFilter
Except that it would chew through about $60 worth of batteries in a week.

Madden 95 FTW

$230 for an Elmo Live!?! I'll take two!
jordan
How has this been marked up so high?!
Boondock
He tickles you back.

One of the few things that hasn't changed at all since the early days, Koosh #8

#12 I feel bad for Sega
ChiverOnFoot
I feel bad for parents these days, seems like you have to get a kid an iPad or video game system these days for them to get the hot item of the year. 12inch Buzz Lightyear back the day was the best Christmas gift ever for me.
George Zip
Kids from a generation back would say the same about Buzz. Time tends to soldier on.
(If we were at a bar, I'd buy your next round, and we'd get drunk talking about our respective good old days.)
V4Vendetta14
I guess you weren't alive for the cabbage patch kids craze. That was the first must have toy I ever remember seeing on the news. Parents had to get their kids one…
lawnguyland
True. First time I heard of fighting over a toy in the news.
MylesofStyles
I just can't believe they called dildos "Buzz Lightyear" back in the day. Creepy.
dago
i think that 1995 gift was Buzz Lightyear…. i remember looking one for my nephew……:o
Daywalker
Had #5
2Dogs
In the box in good condition is actually worth around 350$
goatpunch
That's what i thought no way can you can an original one for 35 bucks. They did come out with exact replicas a few years ago though. Maybe that's what they meant. My older brother still has his, but not in such good condition. Megatron is in pretty good shape though
TheVanityScore
i had one. and lost it somewhere along the way. depressing…

Now, we know it was Elmo doing the tickling.
Do you need counseling?
Big Bird
show me on the doll where Elmo touched you.
Joe
And does anybody wonder why people are poor. They have to have iPods and iPads and ps3. How about pay your bills lol.
roger
#10 a lot of the original prices aren't correct on this list. the original gameboy, for example, first sold for $89.99 when it came out.
Clint
Remember when electronics actually CAME with the batteries instead of being sold seperately?
Fall
And the PS3 was $600 when it came out…
MrPants
I was gonna say the same thing. this whole list is probably flawed.
Kyle
Is $200 actually what they are selling for these days? I have a red one with a crap ton of games just chillin in my closet.
MissVega84
then you have a real treasure in your closet sir
http://www.facebook.com/jake.albert.758 Jake Albert
No not at all. The prices on most of the stuff in the article are way off. A 3DS doesnt cost $300, a PS3 was $600 when it came out, a old ass Gameboy is worth maybe like $10 unless you have lots of games, etc etc
Just Sayin'
No amount of xbox games can compare to a kid's imagination. #15 I had Jason, kept me entertained far more than cod ever will now
chiver
Flip-head Green Ranger – one of the best toys I've ever had
jaydubery
Watches #21 100 times, Goes and start digging through garage to practice new moves.

#8 says fuck inflation, #10 if released today would be deemed sexist by feminists
hughgene
definitely pogs…….i miss em so bad
tv_paul
#5 There's a rumor that these are actually robots in disguise…who knew.
Brian
This post doesn't make much sense. The prices for some things are for what they cost at auction for the original things, and others are for new versions. Makes it confusing. Just put up the pics.
Wisti
I had more fun looking at the price differences than the pictures.
