Super Mario Run, the long anticipated first real game to be released by Nintendo onto mobile phones, was supposed to be released today. To most when they see a release date for digital goods the expectation was that the game would release at midnight.
It did not.
In fact the game did not come out until well into the afternoon, keeping fans waiting and waiting for what was certainly a product that was finished weeks ago.
Fans were not pleased.
