John Hamilton from Warminster England isn’t your typical 98-year-old great-grandfather. He just so happens to be one of the most physically active veterans any gym has ever seen.
John goes to the gym five days a week and exercises for 90 minutes every time. That in itself is already an impressive feat, but his workouts are more than just cardio exercises, he incorporates weight training to maintain his finely tuned athletic form. Some may say he’s a little “obsessed” with the gym but he cites good company and a healthy sense of competition as his main motivation for working out. Typical workouts consist of 20 minutes on the exercise bike, 15 on the elliptical than on to the weights, wrapping up his routine with 400 crunches.
