I know it’s easy to look back something that happened with the cushion of time and space and realize, ‘oh shit, that was a mistake.’ That’s how we learn, and sometimes the consequences aren’t that big. Unless you’re in charge of a huge tech company and someone’s nipping at the door.
What do you to then? You can try to move with the times and follow the market and maybe make your business better, or you can get jealous, possessive and arrogant and call everything that’s not your company, crap.
Well, at least you have your severance to fall back on when that inevitable upstart kicks your ass. Like with these guys.
