When it comes to filmmaking, a few duds are bound to happen, especially when you’re trying to build a trilogy or a franchise. And for ever great trilogy that’s out there (The Godfather, LOTR, the original Bourne Trilogy), there are some really bad ones. Like really, really bad.
And while it’d be easy to pick on The Matrix, The Prequel Trilogy or even Taken, those have some redeeming qualities. These guys here, do not.
Save yourself some time. Avoid these trilogies. You’ll thank me.
