theCHIVE’s famous headquarters in Venice Beach was a special place. If for no other reason than we had a beachfront balcony which stretched nearly 40 feet, perfectly perched high above the strand. Every weekend hundreds of thousands of tourists walked, skateboarded, and biked up and down the packed thoroughfare.
