I’ve always been fascinated by shipwrecks, ever since I found a book about the Titanic in fourth grade. My imagination went wild with the majestic nature of giant ships that were struck by tragedy and sunk beneath the waves, into a dark and wet oblivion. I always wanted to get my scuba certification, and go explore them, but to date, it still hasn’t happened. One day.
While some shipwrecks are too deep for normal people to check out (like the Titanic, which sucks), there are a whole load of ships that are either shallow enough to swim down to, or ran aground and are skeletal reminders of a sailing adventure.
Check these out.
