There really are very few things better than coming across a piece of your childhood and reminiscing about the simpler times. Why were we so eager to grow up when the world was before us, catering to our whims? Perhaps the only thing better than that rush of nostalgia to the brain is the discovery that your old toy still works, especially if it’s a computer. That is precisely what happened to John Pfaff, a law Professor at Fordham University in New York. Not only did John re-discover an old Apple IIe computer, it still worked. When he booted it up, he realized the machine contained saves for games he had played over 30 years ago, as well as another priceless little nugget–a latter from his recently passed father.
