Going out for a drink, now or then is one of the most pleasurable parts of life. Me? I love a nice cold beer while I’m enjoying a meal or chilling around the house. It’s never more than a few in a week, and I seldom drink to get drunk. But as I get a little older, it seems to stick with me a little more. And I’m not alone.
On the average, an ordinary person put away about 9-10 litres of alcohol in a year. Now, this isn’t an alcoholic, but a regular joe like you or me, who likes to go out with the boys a few times in a week, have a few. Maybe get out with the S/O for a little romantic night on the town with some cocktails and wine. But we tend to forget something, when we’re enjoying that alcoholic bevvy; it’s kinda, sorta poisonous to your body and extracts even a tiny toll every time you take a sip.
So, what would happen if you just stopped? Maybe stayed dry for 28 or so days, what can you expect? We know.
