Last week Snapchat released an update that introduced the new genderswap filter, which has caused the internet to collectively lose their sh*t. Guys are using it to see what they would look like if they were girls (guessing they hope they’re hot) and girls are using it to see if they would date the male version of themselves. Needless to say, it was pretty addictive as I regrettably watched my girlfriend pretend she was a boy for the day. I’m not easily persuaded to try as much as she is, so I have yet to test the waters but that’s not the case for everyone as Twitter is currently flooded with reaction tweets
