We’re currently in the midst of our summer internship program and career advice is flowing like the salmon of Capistrano. I like to think that all the advice I’ve shared with theChive interns is somewhat valuable (I’ve learned a few things in my 6-year tenure), but not all advice should be taken to heart. It’s like the age-old saying goes, “learn from your mistakes” even if those mistakes are what makes you a more successful person.
