Two months ago, I was getting a lot of requests from the Chivers that we include more Chivettes in our staple galleries and that, overall, we were not doing enough for our real Chivettes. I tended to agree with them.
The Chive is three pillars: Humor, Hotness, and Humanity. They must all work in chorus for theCHIVE to run smoothy. We changed things quickly. I wrote ‘I’m giving theCHIVE back to the real Chivettes‘ and we began featuring more girls from our community in the DAR and other staple galleries. We started featuring a Chivette from iCHIVE every week, which has been wildly successful. We even started the Chivette Official Instagram, to showcase just how much hotness we have in our community.
Do keep in mind there are a lot of Insta-famous models like Sydney Mailer, Sara Underwood, and Caitlin O’Connor that are also Chivettes, and have been from the beginning. They are good people and deserve to be a part of the hotness we post. You’ll have to trust us that, while we’re doing our best to be more inclusive of our Chivettes, being a successful model shouldn’t preclude you from being a Chivette.
