So, the title here is pretty obvious. It’s a HUGE dick move to park in a handicapped spot without the proper plates, but there’s something that’s not as obvious. Simply put, if you actually do have the proper plates, chances are you’ve dealt with dicks who do this, and you’ve had plenty of time to think of simple (and easy) ways to fuck up someone’s day…
