A beautiful, properly poured pint of Guinness in a chilled glass would keep me happy nowadays.

I second this choice. Nothing better than that pour of Guinness. Smooth taste, and surprisingly not as filling and heavy as people assume it is. It’s damn near a light beer in disguise.
