A quick editorial note before launching into this list. Although all the dishes and noms ahead are relatively healthy, they are certainly not all without sin. For example, many fruits are loaded with vital nutrients, however, the same dishes are often high in sugar, which brings its own health issues.
So be advised, the following food items are “relatively healthy”, but by no means are they perfect.
