Mornings are rough, I’m not going to sugarcoat it. The only thing that’s usually on my mind when I roll into the office each morning is how fast can I get a cup of coffee and how much time do I have to waste before lunch arrives. It’s a delicate art form, and unfortunately I left my Indiana Jones whip at home so things were looking bleak in a hurry. Then, as if out of a movie, the angelic figure of a woman carrying several boxes of something into the office caught my gaze. That someone was Caitlin Hawthorne our grant assistant over at Chive Charities, and that something was an arsenal of baked goods, brownies, cookies, etc. Needless to say, this changed the mood around here real quick.
That was Caitlin’s RAK to our office this morning. And to be honest, it was f%^&ing amazing. And it got me thinking, being that it is RAK Week after all, that this would be a great call to arms for all you guys out there looking to put a smile on some of your co-workers’ faces. So bring in any baked goods, bagels, cookies, or whatever goodie that you think will turn the tides at your workplace and send in your photos (or not, it’s up to you) to #RAKit

Most importantly have some fun. It might seem like a small act, but I promise it will make someone’s day. It made ours.
No kind act is too trivial.
