World-famous director Steven Spielberg has revealed his favorite actors of all time in a recent interview, according to an article on UNILAD.
Surprisingly, none of Spielberg’s choices are actors that he has personally worked with.
In the interview, Spielberg said he originally revealed who his favorite actors were while having a conversation with Director Stanley Kubrick after the release of The Shining.
It was when Spielberg said he didn’t care for Jack Nicholson’s portrayal of Jack Torrance in the film, when Kubrick asked who he considered great actors.
“So, I quickly went ‘Spencer Tracey, Henry Fonda, Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant, Clark Gable,’” Spielberg said.
