Since last Thursday, I have seen an enormous number of movies at Fantastic Fest 2024, the best damn film festival in Austin, Texas if I do say so myself. So many films that I can’t even fit them all in one post, and I still have until this Thursday, September 26th, to see even more of them.
This is going to be an update on (some) of what I’ve seen so far at Fantastic Fest 2024, including what I think at the time of putting this post up is the best movie of 2024 and the first secret screening of the festival. With so many movies to cover, each film will have a Short Version and Longer Version review. It’s pretty self-explanatory, but if you want to skim, just check out the Short Version.
