It communicated something to me when I first heard it. It communicated something different to me when I listened years later this morning.
“Lyrically bleak, musically bonkers and, somehow, the 4th best-selling album of all time,” writes Loudersound.com. They’re right. It stayed on Billboard’s top-200 album list for a total of 18 years.
