Early this year, I shared the story of Tyler Barger. Tyler and I went to the same high school, same college, knew all of the same people. Unfortunately nobody knew Tyler was struggling until it was too late.
As a way of raising awareness for mental health, suicide prevention, and honoring Tyler’s memory, his friends back home set up a golf outing in his name.
This year the event raised $11,000 for the Tyler Barger Memorial Scholarship.
