Chive Minnesota invaded Duluth for the 5th year in a row, partying all weekend as they raised money for the Northern Lights Foundation, and celebrated their chapter’s 2017 win of the 2nd Annual Chive K that raised $78, 358 for Chive Charities last year.
Rex Bar hosted the main event as we drank and danced the night away with South of Superior. There were acts of kindness happening all over, too: auction bidding wars that turned into secret gifts (looking at you, Holub), an impromptu live auction that turned into me losing the shirt right off my back (with photographic proof, thanks Allen!) that just so happened to push the event’s total over the $10,000 mark.
