Strict city guidelines in Kyoto force brands and companies to redo their logos before putting them on display in the city. They want the logos to vibe with the aesthetic of Kyoto… they don’t want the logos to outshine the architecture like Times Square. The results are interesting to anyone with a soft spot for graphic design.
