This gallery hits a little close to home for me. For a brief stint, before I landed this gig at theCHIVE, I was a TDCJ Correctional Officer working Ad-Seg in the largest prison in Texas.
During that time I did my fair share of confiscating bizarre items from inmates, but out of everything we found during lockdowns and cell searches, there was one item that truly shocked me above the rest – a single bullet fit for a .357 Magnum.
