This is Blake and his mom. If you need a hero today, look no further.
6-year-old Blake climbed into bed with his mom one night to discuss the next day’s chores. When his mom reminded him he would need to clean his room, he disparaged about all the toys he would have to pick up. Mom took this as an opportunity to remind her son what a blessing all those toys were and how many less fortunate people out there would love to have them. Blake was visibly moved by the thought of so many children not having toys to play with.
What began as a chore became one boy’s attempts to pay it forward. Blake had the wonderful idea to open up a lemonade stand of sorts, but to give away his toys instead.
