We’re all only human. That’s a fancy thing to say considering what we’re about to talk about, but it’s worth mentioning we talk about a very human pilot in Australia. The pilot is unknown, but he flew out of South Australia’s Parafield Airport as part of his training for Flight Training Adelaide.
