I don’t understand the concept of the “homeowner association.” I get why you’d have one on paper, in theory it helps maintain some standards for the neighborhood you’re in. But in execution, it just seems like a place where the worst neighbors you could ever imagine file bullshit complaints your way, and here’s a collection of the craziest ones we could find.
