A few years ago, I did a post on people sharing their terrifying accounts of Sleep Paralysis. For the uninitiated, sleep paralysis is a temporary inability to move or speak that occurs when you’re waking up or falling asleep accompanied by visual and audio hallucinations. It’s scary as shit.
