Petition to change the date of Halloween for everyone’s benefit has my vote

As someone who considers Halloween to be the second biggest holiday of the year (only behind Christmas itself), I am an absolute nut about into getting engaged with every facet of the traditions. I love it all. The creepy decorations, the costumes, parties, trick-or-treaters, and of course the ladies wearing something that any other day of the year they’d be frowned upon, but no, not on Halloween — they get a beautiful pass that day. But the problem with the Holiday is that because the day of the week changes almost every year as it always falls on October 31st, things can get messy in the Holiday planning department.
