Yesterday, Romanian Weather Girl Roxana Vancea had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction of the cleavage area during a jumping jacks routine. That clip went viral today. Roxana is not afraid to show some skin as evidenced by her Instagram.
If there’s anybody out there who would be the classy counterpoint to Roxana, it’s definitely ABC Chicago’s meteorologist, Cheryl Scott.
