Liu Yelin is a 49-year-old mother that looks incredible for her age. So good that people think her 22-year-old son is her boyfriend. “People are often shocked to find out I’m almost fifty,” said Yelin. “Whenever I go shopping and tell people my real age, I often got mobbed by strangers who want to find out my secrets.”
So what is her secret? Regular exercise. “I swim in the lake and do weight training every day,” she said. “My favorite thing is swimming outdoors in winter.” Last year, Yelin swam 7.45 miles from Penang, Malaysia to the Strait of Malacca in 4 hours.
