Something came across my radar the other morning that really helped put my job and theChive Nation in perspective. And frankly, I don’t care what you do for a career, no matter how great or terrible you think your job is, at some point we all feel down on ourselves and believe that our impact on the world is meaningless as we grind through one workweek after another. This is a human condition I believe we all share.
So yesterday when I was forwarded a Facebook posting from a fellow Chiver named Jason, from Memphis, it snapped me out of my normal Monday gloomy mood and helped to remind me of all the good people that exist in our beautiful little community of misfits, and why I’m lucky to have a voice with such a caring group.
