As most people know Venice, Italy is sinking into the ocean to live its life with Aquaman, the lost city of Atlantis, and the water ghost of Jimmy Hoffa. Because of this, the city can occasionally get flooded from the high tides and everyone just apparently shrugs their shoulders and fuckin deals with it.
