We ordered everything on In-N-Out’s secret menu (21 Photos)

Most of you have probably heard of In-N-Out Burger, the West Coast burger institution. The key to In-N-Out's success is the simplicity of their menu. Your choices are limited to a Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Double-Double, and French Fries. That's it... or so they would want you to believe.
In-N-Out actually has an extensive 'secret menu' which the locals order from frequently. The items don't appear on the menu but they do appear on the receipt, they're in the computer.
Here at theCHIVE we're huge fans of In-N-Out so we made trip to our local In-N-Out and attempted to order everything on the 'secret menu' (No, we were not paid to do this). Feel free to share the info with your friends because most of this stuff is pure bliss.

Thanks to the entire staff at the In-N-Out in Culver City. The manager and head chef immediately accommodated us and made our entire order in less than 10 minutes without complaint (I would have hated us).

*Not pictured is the Root Beer Float. We waited a lil’ too long to photograph that and it looked like a congealed mess of floating crap. Sorry.

(yes, that is pathetic i know but it's true)

    • Gobbles

I reckon in-n-out is reigonal. The super burger place in Seattle is called Dicks (don't bother all the jokes have been done to death). What are some of the other epic joints from around the country?

      • monkies

        Sams chicken in uk.
2 mini strip burgers and 2 regular chips for £1. Cheap as chips 😀

Rest of the companies are expensive andor taste crap.

  • top dog

Awww man, I thought you were going to show some tits or something.

    • mike

      you're obviously not a golfer

  • davis

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000002013938 Roberto Barreiro

      • T.Jefferson

Good lord, the yanks had the boston tea party before shit got that bad.

      • hMMMM

Yeah, but the meal is $1.00 so don't brag.

    • Matt

      Welcome to California

  • partly

    In-N-out > 5 Guys

    • topher

      You sir, are wrong.

      • Bsitz

        Very very wrong…

  • YuriGagarin

Great Stuff! Do you guys just sit around all day thinking up pranks like this?

    • john

      how is this a prank…?

      • John Supporter

yea, how is this a prank?

        • john's mom

          seriously, how? tell us.

          • Johns Gooch

its a prank because In-N-out looks just like a burger youd get at chilis or some shit. that shit doesnt look special at all, keep that bullshit in cali for the hipsters to throw their money away at

  • http://twitter.com/holyschmidt Melanie

Oh, Chive! Why must you tease me with the In-n-Out? Just another reason to hate living in Dallas. I SAID GOOD DAY!

    • DallasDave

It coming to Dallas, very soon…..cant wait either.

    • DoubleDouble

It IS coming soon…Firewheel Town Center in Garland, downtown Fort Worth, Central & Caruth in Dallas…a planned 10 in North Texas within a year or 2!

      • Orlandu

Yes but in Texas, you do got one thing we Cali folks don't, and that's Whataburger.

Actually, you also got Waffle House, while we're stuck with suckass IHOP. quityerbitchen

        • Fishy

Waffle house rules. You get your hash-browns covered and smothered and when you hit the bathroom it all comes out scattered and splattered

    • DFW gal

you do realize that In n Out is coming to DFW dont you?

  • Baldy

Us Canadians have to survive on Tim Hortons.. You all dont know how good you have it

    • Nuff Said

survive on Timmy's? we have a bit more around than coffee shops. u must be from the french part of Canada

      • DC Tur

I like Nuff's style, we don't have it all bad, but I definitely plan on visiting the U.S more specifically In-And-Out burger and I will be consulting this secret menu post, thanks chive!

    • cpt

us new englanders aint got shit besides random burger joints who rarely make a good burger, no white castle or nothin
i might make a road trip out west just for in n out burger…

  • stafferty

Please tell me you made the new guy eat the whole 20×20 himself. It can be a hazing ritual for all new staff members. (Doing it in a costume of some kind is also advised)

  • ssss9999

I grew up on In-N-Out, but I think I might like 5 Guys more. I feel guilty for admitting this.

    • effzedpilot

5 Guys is revolting. I can't even look at the place. The frys are dripping with grease and the burgers taste like cardboard.

  • ERN23

I'm impressed that it was only $67.00 for all that food, that's pretty good!

  • rebel

Living in the midwest, we have to settle for Hardee's. A distant second to the awesomeness of In-n-out.

    • http://www.facebook.com/codealpha Terry Burke

try five guys its not as good but it's pretty awesome. then i would say steak and shake. but nothing beats in-n-out

  • Matt

Jeez you guys have a bloody awesome job. I'm getting sad about how my job will pale in comparison

  • Carol

    I'm jealous! Here in Brasil, $67 don't buy 5 burguers on McDonalds……

    • Bsitz

Thats down right insane! Dont pay all that money for that crappy food!

  • B.J.

I hate you right now! So Jealous!

  • kingblc

I like in-n-out, but 5 guys kicks their butts!!!

    • http://www.facebook.com/codealpha Terry Burke

you sir, need a drug test

      • Bsitz

You sir, need to eat a real burger

        • http://www.facebook.com/codealpha Terry Burke

you want a real burger? head on over to Hayward Ca, and go to Vals, get a Papa burger with a shake and order of fries. then try to tell me to eat a real burger

      • Jim

I've been to both. Live near In-N-Out traveled near Five Guys. Both are good In-N-Out is better.

Guess i know where i am going for lunch today…THANKS CHIVE

  • The Dude

    Those are good burgers, Walter.

  • DoubleDown

Will be in North Texas by early 2011…a planned 10 stores! Can't wait!

    • thatwasntthequestion

Can't wait to see what all the hype is about. Me? I'm a Whataburger and Sonic fan…I know Sonic is nothing special, but I still like their burgers about as much as any other on the market. It's hard to beat Whataburger since you can get it any way you want it (like extra mustard and jalapenos).

    • MikeofLA

They're actually a client of mine and are currently finishing up their warehouse and their stores are already under construction.

      Congratulations!

  • Sparky

man I love Tapatio hot sauce

  • mipo2010

Leo is about to ruin that girls day in pic #1

  • Alex DeLarge

No time for the old In-N-Out, I've come to check your meter.

    • Ballzonya

I think of that line every time someone mentions the restaurant.
