#13 is insanely custom. There's a worklog for the whole case on thebestcasescenario.com. I actually followed while he was building it. There's a fully motorized airlock and "garage door" for the LCD on the front. There's also a working steam vent on the opposite side that you can't see. The guy, Paul, builds custom cases for big clients like Intel and nVidia. Several of these cases are featured on that site and in some of his modding books.

By definition, a case mod is a modified computer case. You'd have to start with a computer case to have a "Case Mod". Most of these are custom cases. There is a big difference. If you can take a plain ole' computer case and make it cool, then you are truly creative.
