Is this a Sunday post or am I still recovering from last night??? Maybe both

  • Shawn35

Mac the Intern with 2 weekend posts…..what a great idea by the Chive…..and of course #10…Groundhog Day…..Bill mother fucking Murray

    • Wavien

A bit tiring with those "Bill fucking Murray" comments to be honest..

      • Emerone

        agree

      • Shawn35

then dont pay attention to them, I am sure the majority of people, as evidenced by what most people say when Murray is posted, dont care that your tired of Bill Murray. He is hilarious to most of us and we enjoy the Murray posts. So how about you dont try to rain on everyones parade and just let us enjoy?

        • Wavien

Butthurt much? I think Bill Murray is a genious as well, I like him a lot, funny guy. You say you are sury the majority of people like the posts of him. So am I. But you can look at how many likes my post has, versus yours. 9 and 5. So I think people are as tired of others constantly saying "Bill fucking Murray" as I am. And you are not, but the 'votes' are 9 to 5, and that tells you are outnumbered. Oh, and I am sure that people don't care that people don't care that I am tired of them. 😀

          • Shawn35

its also a sunday morning, not mnay chivers up and at it right now. Maybe your right, and I said bill "mother fucking" murray, not much different, but it adds a little more emphasis. Anyways, adding the word fucking into his name is really what bothers you huh? if I said just said, bill murray, you wouldnt have cared

            • Wavien

I would have cared no matter what you had said, when adding the fucking is just the most typical one. To me it's not morning, it's 6pm, but apparently your narrow mind can't think outside the box and realise that it's not just Americans that visits this site. Anyway, I can't be arsed arguing with yet another ignorant, narrow minded American who can't get his head out of his own ass, so goodbye.

              • xclusive02

                Bill fucking murray

                • Shawn35

                  hahaha well said xclusive

              • Shawn35

Well, its monday morning and it appears the tables have turned, so your argument appears to have been defeated at this point. and yes, there you go buddy, use the whole ignorant narrow minded american saying, because that is really thinking outside the box. By the way, it is spelled realize, with a z.

When I was a kid I lived 5 miles from the Woodstock Square where they filmed most of Groundhog Day. I would go there nearly everyday after school to watch them film. Finally we found Bill Murray signing some autographs and shooting the shit with fans. I ran up in front of everyone to get his autograph and he said, "Hey, you cut in line you little worm!"

I'll never forget the time Bill Murray called me a little worm.

    • Nephilim

How about you take your own advice and ignore what you don't like instead of raining on their parade. Here's an idea – you can start your own site called billfuckingmurray.com where everyone simply posts pictures of Bill with the caption "Bill Fucking Murray" underneath it. I'm sure several hundred such posts would be wildly entertaining.

  • Seannerz

#1 There was no greater movie than this when I was 12.

    • nemesis

There are still very few sci-fi movies greater than T2

      • ludača

        T1's greater

        • Badfish

Not! Terminator 2 defied convention by being better than its predecessor in many ways. The only part i didn't like was Edward Furlong trying to be "cool."

          • BobSugar

"She's not my mother Todd!" —> what a dirty hipster.

#3 the amazing thing about most of those background pictures during the Battle of Hoth is that most of them were hand painted.

    • AtomManhattan

It would surprise you how many backgrounds in film are paintings, it's a very commonly used method, and these days a lot are green-screen.

Nono, those are the babies. The adult ones don't respond well to a flash camera…they tend to shoot lasers at you…

    • Michael

i was born in '92 as well and one of the first movies i remember seeing is T2, still one of the best movies i've ever seen, one of the few sequels that didnt disappoint

    • http://www.facebook.com/codealpha Terry Burke

you had a messed up childhood

    • Will

I was born in '94 and I recognized 'em all except #12. You gotta watch more movies bro.

    • http://www.facebook.com/meredithsarahlong Meredith Long

I was born in 90 and I recognize/ have seen all of them. Sign yourself up for a netflix account my friend.

      • Bizarrobear

Is everyone here 20+ years younger than me? Bonus points for the first person who can tell me what comedian I am paraphrasing. "How many 18-year-olds are in the audience?" "See, you all don't know how to f*ck yet."

        • fry

Donkey was funny as hell back in the day.
That was a great part of the act…
"naw, there ain't no problem baby, you got a shoehorn or some shit like that?"

    • Johnny5

I was bornin 90, and could name almost all, but your doing a cop out. 8 & 9 are from the 5th element, which I know was made @ least in late 90s. 10 is from sandlot, which I remember from my childhood; and 18 is from a movie that came out like 5 yrs ago, just can;t recall name.

      • yup

        #18 is Babel
