: From one amusement park to another. In this case, two older men flying a Cheetah S200 ultra light plane in Australia crashed into a ferris wheel. They were trapped for several hours along with two kids actually riding the ferris wheel. Several hours later everybody was rescued. The video below should bring some more clarity.

I saw this on the evening news they were doing touch and goes apparently they didn't see the ferris wheel so close to the airport and hit it. everyone got lucky

They were flying WAY TOO LOW for any touch & go approach! Also from watching the video they're not close to the runway. The pilot needs to lose his license.

I read that due to the in-climate weather, lots of people were leaving the park. The very ride before that, the ferris wheel was totally full. Could've been a terrible disaster. Someone was looking out for all involved.

if not for those kids being scared shitless, they should've done something to those dumb pilots. maybe drop a drink on them, or "accidentally" lose bladder control on them. SOME kind of payback. Poor kids.
