    • The_Dood

It's a 2009 Honda Civic Si which is kind of fitting as the last car seen in front of him is a 95-01 Prelude.

Awesome! I was trying to find it myself… Glad you succeeded 😀

    • Ash

Way to admit to the world your terrible taste in music. Garbage.
That was a lot of gas to burn for a 5 minute video that nobody cares about.

      • Bud

Woah, Sponge-Ash Salty-Pants… It's Friday! Take it easy.

    • re24

  • Jim

Really is a beautiful country you've got there, Chive on from Aus

    • kashakesh

I've always wanted to do something similar in Australia – the freedom of having an automobile while exploring somewhere new is quite nice if one can afford it. Any recommendations of places not to miss? I would imagine that the drive would be mainly coastal for a while…

    This is retarded.

  • http://halfapinky.tumblr.com/ R2_Pinky

That's pretty cool. I wish I had the time off work (and the money) to take a 12,000 mile road trip. 😦

  • tamra

as soon as i saw this i had to know his story, here is the link. and his video on the bottom left tells you where he is during the trip. http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf/2011/11/ti

  • Mick

This reminds me of my roadtrip I did in west-canada and west america … makes me wanna go back!

    Chive on from holland!

  • http://thechive.com/ bkfrijoles

i cant wait to do this someday

  • Foamy

Interesting Video… but I hardly think it's 12,225 miles. That would be going from one side of the country to the other (3000 miles) 4 TIMES!!!

    • teh dude

if you look at the end map, thats pretty much the amount of land they covered. Also it clearly cuts off the feed and restarts it a lot

      • Jay

I drove 10,473 miles around the country to hit all 48 contiguous states ( sykotyk dot com ). You're forgetting how far north-to-south the country is as well. They did a lot of north/south driving and went to the far reaches. If they just went back and forth on I-90 through the country I could agree with you, but this was a lot of side trips, out of route, etc.
