i imagine the ladder falling down and a blob emerging from the lagoon

    • Lev

The extremely mature inner monologue of mine immediately asked "but are there monsters in there".

  • Cee

    First again

    • noob

      Haha not quite troll

    • MonkeyMadness

How bad does your meaningless life have to suck to fail so miserably at posting first?

    • TPM50

      First to lose.

    • AZFan

If you actully are first, what do you win?

  • fist blocker

  • Ben

    #13 platform disappeared 🙂

    • Mark Allison

In #10 it looks like the ladder might be able to be pulled up and the platform moved into that cave. Only thing I can really think of anyway.

      • Alex

Or that picture was taken before the platform was installed?? Just going out on a limb here

        • Mark Allison

          • Alex

haha just busting your balls… KCCO

            • Russell

              Could just be tidal?

  • Rich

I want to go to there….

  • S_Giacomazzi

Only in the South Pacific would you find anything close to this. I really want to go there.

  • MonkeyMadness

#13 It looks so peaceful and serene until it's swamped with tourists.

    • Woop

      And Piranhnas 3D

  • Elastic Ninja

And there are no photos of the caves you can swim through from the ocean side…?

    • ps86

it's still early, but i do believe you've won the internet today

  • thatguy

30 meters deep? Not even close. That big rock sticking out of it is not +30 meters tall. Maybe it's 30 m from the top to get down to the water, but that is the kind of misinformation that puts you on the short bus.

    • KeepinCalm

there's a difference between misinformation and can't read

    • thatguy is a tool

I guess your able to gauge something from a picture huh? Im just gonna say, that it could be 30+ meters deep seeing as that water is crystal clear and OMFG, WUT? water magnifies things? no shit? oh well i guess that explains why the rock looks bigger.

    • Rhein

As in the ladder takes you down the 30 meters it takes to reach the water.

  • Hank Hill

"To Sua is otherwise translated as ‘big hole’ that is converted into a large swimming area." Apparently To Sua and Kardashian have roughly the same translation.

  • Dippy

"to access the 30 meters deep seawater" = "to access the seawater, which is 30 meters below the surface"

  • aaa

While this does look really cool, it reminds me of the beginning of a horror movie where everyone is all hanging out in some beautiful tropical location and then all the sudden BAM, you're drugged, tied to a bench and someone is trying to steal your liver….sorry, i've watched too many movies.

  • hi mom

  • chiverX

Get your shit straight, yesterday it was Teresa, now Monica. Who the fuck are you talking to with your run-on, half-assed, incomplete sentences?

  • TheChris

I would have a lot of sex there

  • Kristina

Thank you! I've been wanting to know where this place was!

  • Dale

Faafetai(Thank You). Chive you never cease to amaze. You should also do a post on Piula Caves. But there are so many beautiful places. As a Samoan chiver I was suprised to see this. If anyone makes it to Samoa or American Samoa, I'll be your tour guide. KCCO
