I often like at my cats shit box and say … "God Damn … that's beautiful!". Reevaluate my life … realize I'm a failure and then cry into my pillow.

    • Juan Skewphufkrap

I too have found amazing things in a cat box throughout my life; most of which also made me yell out: "God Damn", but only due to the epic stench and horrific grossness of what I was looking at.
Anything that shits in your house – but not into a toilet – has no right to be in your house. Cat boxes are thus the accouterments of desperate people.

I feel like a giant forest or a beach or a lake or tigers playing in the snow or a huge canyon or a child playing with a kitten are not strange places to find beauty

Ice storm…i don't know the physics behind it, but the rain freezes as it lands.

Seen it happen a few times growning up in Northern NY. The ice gets so thick it takes down trees and power lines.

    • Cudaman

They do that here in Southern Oregon to protect the pear blossoms.
