Their name is Dangerdust. They’re doing something right now that’s capturing the attention of students on their school campus and taking social media over. No one knows who they are. They’re just two Advertising & Graphic Design students at Columbus College of Art & Design in Columbus, Ohio. Each masterpiece they make is made with a simple product you played with as a kid and can purchase cheaply.
That’s a chalkboard masterpiece only made with one thing: simple chalk, stuff that you can just find at the dollar store.
The two students come in to a vacant classroom, either Sunday or Monday, and complete the entire piece in one go.
How long does each one take? Approx. 11 hours.
Each piece is based around a quote, normally taken from Google or a suggestion from a friend.
The duo says: “Every time we do it we try to make it look different from the last one. We try to adopt the style of [whomever we’re quoting].”
