Corroboree Rock Ghost
More commonly known as “The Watcher” this ghost is said to be that of either a woman or a priest who stands atop the famous rock, simply staring into the distance. First captured on film in 1959, Reverend R.S. Blance claims to have been alone when he took the photo, which, depending on who you ask, shows either a priest, a woman in a gown, or a Native woman in a traditional dress. Since then, a plethora of people have claimed to have seen the watcher, who, doesn’t seem to do anything more than simply watch. What is she waiting for? Who is she looking at? I suppose we’ll never know.
