For some, quality cheese is considered a luxury. I mean, I can get by with a package of Kraft Singles, a block of a decent marble and the occasional goat cheese and feta, but nothing to spectacular. I’ll just shop the sales. I’m not fancy. I’ll even settle for Cheetos when I’m hankering for something cheesy.
These cheeses, however, are insane. I don’t think I’d want to drop this amount of my hard earned cash, on something that’s 15-25% of my sandwich, and it’s only gonna be digested and end up you-know-where. But it’s probably because I don’t know what I’m missing.
In any case, I’d need a huge raise to even get close enough to take a whiff of their aroma.
