These hands belong to Jim Mininni and his wife Cindy, and this is an image of their last goodbye; the end to their incredible 24 year love story.
Their son Chris shared these images and they’re going to leave you gutted.
Chris’ dad Jim was admitted to the hospital at the end of April for a routine check up. The 58-year old has been dealing with his second bout of lung cancer since 2011. Noticing his laboured breathing, his doctor admitted him to the ICU at Kingston General Hospital, and he was sedated and placed on life support.
