A college student at California State University recently got a life lesson that will forever change how she looks at her parents.
The girl was in a biology class learning about blood type characteristics and how they are passed from one generation to the next. The class was using a Punnett square, a diagram used to predict an outcome of a particular cross or breeding experiment. After learning that her mother’s blood type was A and her father’s was O, she was confused how her blood type could be AB.
Positive the girl had made a mistake, the teacher asked the girl to double check the blood types with her parents. During the next class, she boldly told the entire class and another student documented the story on Twitter.
